5th Installment of the Variance IPA Series: Belgian IPA

For the fifth installment of the Variance
IPA series, we took a leap over the Atlantic to Belgium for inspiration. We brewed this IPA with a Belgian yeast strain and a malt bill of a West Coast IPA, adding Belgian Candi sugar for body.

We then hopped it up for that distinct IPA flavor. The slightly fruity and spicy flavors characteristic of Belgian yeast marry well with American hops to produce our take on a Belgian IPA. Enjoy. 7.0% ABV. 62 IBUs.
