It's been another great year here at Island Brewing Company! We'll be open our normal hours (11-9 Saturday), and will be closed on Sunday. We will open at 2 on Monday. Don't get caught out without fresh, local, hand crafted beer this weekend. Thanks to all our fabulous staff, brewers and patrons! Happy New Year!

It's looking like it's going to be a Weiss Christmas! The Weiss is back on tap! This is an unfiltered Bavarian style with hints of clove, vanilla, citrus. 4.8% 17 IBU!

The Holidays are upon us. And with them usually comes a bit of holiday mayhem. We can help: growlers, pint glasses, hats, t-shirts, gift cards, bourbon barrel beer, and bottles to go are just some last minute gift ideas sure to please. And perhaps best of all, you can have a beer while you shop!

Blast from the Past

And in the blast from the past department, we've brewed a long awaited batch of the Weiss, which is bubbling merrily away. And later this week we'll be brewing a long, long, long awaited batch of our Nut Brown Ale! That is not a typo! So stay tuned and in a couple of weeks we'll be taking a sip down memory lane!

Avocado Honey Ale and Big Island bottles have been sighted at Kims Market in Carpinteria, the Bottle Shop in Montecito, and Ojai Beverage Company in, you guessed right, Ojai. Albertsons in Carpinteria has just started carrying the Island Blonde, Paradise Pale and Jubilee with more selections to come. Finally, join us this weekend for the New Black BBQ on Sunday they'll be grilling up from 2-6! Hope to see you then if not sooner!

Avocado Honey Ale now out!

The wait is over: The Avocado Honey Ale is now on tap, and in bottles! If you've ever been to Avocado Fest, you know that this runs out quick! It's an amber colored honey ale made with local avocado honey. Get it while it lasts! 5.9% ABV, 31 IBUs!

Father's Day Weekend

Stumped on what to get Dad? In our humble opinion craft beer is the gift that keeps on giving. Growlers, gift cards, t-shirts, hats, you get the idea.

Friday night we'll be tapping a cask of Tangerine Weiss.
Saturday we'll have the sonic goodness of Waterhorse, they'll be playing out on the patio at 3pm.

Friday begins a month of frivolity: it's our 10th year of brewing and to celebrate we'll be releasing our Anniversary Ale, a Belgian Strong Dark Ale. For First Friday we'll be opening at 11:00 and tapping a cask of Espresso Stout. Saturday and Sunday we'll be giving brewery tours at 1:00 and 4:00 pm. Cheers!

First Friday and more goodness

We'll be tapping a cask of tangerine Weiss to kick off what looks like an awesome weekend. Saturday, our super server Alma is getting hitched, so we wish her and her fiancee Mikey the best, and you should too!
