It is time for the return of Island Brewing Co.'s popular Avocado Honey Ale! This beer has been a HUGE hit with locals and visitors alike, and is released just prior to the Carpinteria Avocado Festival. This unique beer is complimented with the addition of 60 pounds of locally sourced avocado honey (NOT AVOCADOS!) at the end of the boil process, producing a slightly sweet finish. Brewed with Superior Pilsner and German malts, Avocado Honey Ale is also lightly hopped to bring forward the delicate and aromatic flavors and aromas of avocado honey.
