Coming friday January 30th CASK BIG ISLAND!

That's right, Friday Jan 30th we will be rolling out a cask of our Imperial IPA the BIG ISLAND! This cask has been laboriously aged in our cellar for months and will be making a brief appearance at the tasting room. The Big Island is a huge, malty, hoppy beer, and in addition, it has been aged on French Oak chips as well as some additional English Goldings hops. Hope to see you Friday! Cheers -IBC

We have our London Porter on Nitrogen and our Starry Night Stout on tap. Come in and sample these specialty brews while they last. The Blonde and IPA have been freshly bottled and the Stout is still available in limited edition bottles. Hope to see you soon!
