Real Ale fans rejoice, we are bringing out a cask of I.P.A. this Friday, July 25th! Weighing in at a respectable 6.8% ABV, cask conditioned IPA is truly unique. In addition to being served at cellar temperature, our real ale is unfiltered and allowed to carbonate naturally inside the serving vessel, leading to a much smoother taste, without the bite experienced that high levels of carbonation in most beers. In addition, we dry hop with traditional East Kent Golding hops, creating a very floral bouquet which continues to open up as the beer warms. Our last cask ale sold out in the first night, so make sure to get in Friday if you have your heart set on a glass or two! Hope to see you then. Cheers!

Coming Friday 7/11/08- Cask-Conditioned, Oak-Aged I.P.A.
Real Ale lovers rejoice - we will be tapping a fresh cask of our I.P.A. this Friday! In addition to being allowed to fully ferment inside the cask, we have liberally added French Oak chips to the mix, as well as a judicious addition of aromatic Kent Golding hops! The taste is truly unique, oaky and hoppy with an underlying malt profile to balance it all out. Swing on over to the tasting room and try a glass for yourself, it is sure to sell out quickly!
