The end of an era is fast approaching... Kim and Shelly Kathol are packing up and moving to Bend, Oregon! Besides being a founding member of the Island Nation (#13) Kim has been a mainstay here at the brewery since we opened, whether its talking story at the bar or pouring beer during a "guest bartender" night. Please come and wish them a fond farewell Monday, May 19, evening and say goodbye! Hope to see you then.

Island Brewers 1st Softball Game!
The first game for the Island Brewers co-ed softball team is coming up! Please come join us in rooting on our team Thursday, May 22 @ 5:40 PM at Viola Fields (on the Carpinteria bluffs). We will need some "beer-leaders" to cheer us on, hope to see you there!

Tropical Lager on tap Friday May 16
It's been a long wait for summer and the Tropical Lager, and it looks like both are back in force! Starting Friday, May 16th we'll be tapping our first keg of thrist quenching summer lager. Come on down and enjoy the sunshine!
